Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Twurn (twurn.com), operated by Royal Port Logistics LLC ("we", "us"), collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it to what's needed to run Twurn.
What we collect
- Photos you upload and the twurns made from them, including the frames and share videos.
- Your Google account details if you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- Purchases: which pack you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Free-twurn limits: a random device ID stored in a cookie, and your network address stored only as a scrambled (hashed) value, so we can limit free twurns.
- Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in. We store only a scrambled copy of it.
- Reports you send us about a twurn, including your email if you choose to give it.
- Basic server logs (such as errors and timing) to keep Twurn running.
We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we don't sell or rent your information.
How we use it
- To create, store and show your twurns and share videos.
- To run your account and balance, process payments and send receipts (Stripe sends these).
- To prevent abuse, such as bots and repeated free twurns.
- To review reports and remove content that breaks our Terms.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We do not use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- fal.ai runs the AI models (including MiniMax video and ByteDance upscaling models) that turn your photo into a twurn.
- Cloudflare stores photos and twurns, and runs the invisible bot check (Turnstile).
- Railway hosts the Twurn servers and database.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google provides sign-in.
They process information only to provide their service to us. Our servers and providers are mainly in the United States, so your information may be processed there.
Who can see your twurns
Twurns aren't listed publicly or searchable on Twurn, but anyone with a twurn's link can view it. Only share links with people you want to see it.
How long we keep it
We keep your twurns until you ask us to delete them or we remove them. Account details are kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Free-twurn records and logs are kept only as long as they're useful for limits and troubleshooting.
Your choices and rights
Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with to get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your twurns or your whole account. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or California's privacy laws, and we'll honour them. If you're pictured in a twurn someone else made, use "Report this twurn" on it or email us to have it removed.
Children
Twurn is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used Twurn, email us and we'll delete their information.
Security
We use encrypted connections, store sign-in tokens and network addresses only in scrambled form, and limit who can access our systems. No service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know on the site.
