Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Twurn. Here's how refunds work for twurn packs, sold by Royal Port Logistics LLC.

Failed twurns come back automatically

If a twurn fails to generate, the twurn it used is returned to your balance straight away. You don't need to ask.

Unused packs

If you haven't used any twurns from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, and we'll refund it to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Used twurns

Each twurn uses paid AI processing as soon as it's made, so twurns that have been used can't be refunded. If a twurn came out badly wrong, for example the person is distorted or the turn is broken, email us with its link and we'll return that twurn to your balance.

Twurns never expire

Twurns in your balance don't expire, so there's no rush to use them.

Charged by mistake?

If you see a charge you don't recognize, or you were charged twice, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; it's usually much faster.
