Terms of Service

Twurn (twurn.com) is operated by Royal Port Logistics LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us about using Twurn. By using Twurn you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Twurn.

1. Who can use Twurn

You must be at least 13 years old to use Twurn. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use Twurn and to buy twurns, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. What Twurn does

You upload a photo and Twurn uses artificial intelligence to create a turning, 360° view of it (a "twurn"). The sides and back of the person are imagined by AI, not captured from reality, so a twurn may not look exactly like the real person or scene. Don't present a twurn as a real photo or video of what actually happened.

3. Your photos and the rules

Only upload photos you have the right to use. By uploading, you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that you have permission from the people in it, or that your use is otherwise lawful.

You must not upload, create or share:

We may remove any twurn and suspend any account that we believe breaks these rules, without notice. Anyone can ask us to remove a twurn using the "Report this twurn" link on it or by emailing [email protected].

4. Rights to your content

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and share your photos and twurns only as needed to run Twurn: to create your twurn, show it to you and to anyone you share its link with, and make the share video. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Your twurns are not listed publicly, but anyone with a twurn's link can view it.

Twurn's name, logo, design and software belong to us.

5. Free and paid twurns

Each new visitor gets one free twurn. After that, you can buy packs of twurns. Prices are shown before you pay and include any fees we charge; your bank may add its own fees. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Purchased twurns are added to your account, never expire, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are used one per twurn you make. If a twurn fails to generate, it is returned to your balance automatically. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone using it can use your Twurn account and balance. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Twurn: don't try to get around limits or payments, overload or attack the service, scrape it, or use automated tools to create twurns.

8. Services we rely on

Twurn uses third-party providers to work, including AI video models accessed through fal.ai, Cloudflare for storage and bot protection, Railway for hosting, Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in. Their availability affects ours.

9. No warranty

Twurn is provided "as is" and "as available". AI results vary, and we don't promise that every twurn will look a certain way, or that Twurn will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Twurn. Our total liability for any claim relating to Twurn is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the photos you upload and how you use and share twurns. You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of content you uploaded or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know on the site. Continuing to use Twurn after an update means you accept the new terms.
